Playstation Vita Sales Drop After One Week
Sony’s new handheld games console, the PlayStation Vita, suffered a sharp drop in sales in only its second week in the shops, according to independent figures.
After selling 325,000 units in its first seven days, demand collapsed more than 75%, video games analysts said.
Only 72,500 were sold in the week before Christmas, according to Media Create, which tracks the video games industry in Japan.

Playstation Vita also known as PSVita, is the new Playstation Portable system, with a release date to beginning of 2012 this hand held console has a lot to offer.
It includes two analog sticks, a 5-inch OLED multi-touch capacitive touchscreen, and supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and optionally 3G. Internally, the Vita features a 4 core ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore processor and a 4 core SGX543MP4+ graphics processing unit, as well as LiveArea software as its main user interface, which succeeds the XrossMediaBar (XMB)
